Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Analyst/Level II-III to join their growing MSP team in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
This onsite role involves supporting multiple client environments, diagnosing, and resolving complex network issues, and contributing to infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network hardware, server environments, and cloud platforms, and be comfortable working independently and directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Level II Duties:
* Troubleshoot escalated network issues involving switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
* Perform server installations (physical and virtual), including domain controller setup, DHCP/DNS configuration, and Active Directory integration
* Configure VLANs, firewall rules, and VPNs
* Assist with Office 365 migrations and email security configurations
* Conduct onsite desktop and server migrations, including data backup and restoration
* Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes

Level III Duties:
* Design and implement network infrastructure projects based on client requirements
* Lead server and cloud migrations (Azure AD, AWS, hybrid Exchange setups)
* Perform advanced threat management and security audits
* Automate tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
* Conduct Wi-Fi audits and troubleshoot performance issues
* Develop and enforce network policies and minimum-security standards across clients
* Provide project management for larger deployments and upgrades

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
* 3-7 years of experience in network analysis or IT support roles within an MSP or similar environment
* Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
* Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
* Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.)
* Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and Office 365 administration
* Proficiency with Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar network hardware
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Strong communication and client-facing abilities
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments
* Willingness to travel locally for onsite support

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
