Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves gathering requirements, designing and developing dashboards, reports, and data models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve performance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. Works with staff in other departments to identify business intelligence and operational data needs for the creation of reports, dashboards, and/or other outputs.

  • Collects business intelligence data from available internal data sources, industry reports, public information, and/or purchased sources.

  • Synthesize current and historical business intelligence and trend data to support strategic and operational business requirements.
