Job Details
Key responsibilities: -
- Works across multiple business & digital areas or processes to support the application
- Implements and tests complex code changes to fix identified defects or enhancements to existing software products
- Assists in performing root cause analysis and interprets the results; provides input into action plan
- Independently handles/solves software/systems monitoring issues
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge of SDLC processes
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to test application solutions utilizing test-driven development when possible
- Continuously learns new aspects of given technology and products
- Will be required to work off-hours, on-call support, for weekly rotational on-call duty (anticipated approx. 1 week per month)
