Unison Systems is looking for a Help Desk Engineer with MS 365 and Azure to work onsite at our client's Golden, CO office.

Location: Golden, CO
Duration: 9 months

Our client is the treasury's trusted, independent portal provider of money market funds and other short-term investments. We provide intuitive technology and unbiased access to over 300 investment products through their Portal, a model in the industry for trading, reporting and analysis. Through our Global Trade Desk, located in London, Boston and San Francisco, we offer follow-the-sun support and expert service.

Position Summary
We need a smart, versatile Senior Helpdesk Engineer to help our employees with technical issues and maintain our IT environment. You will be working in a small, enthusiastic technical operations team to keep our environment up and running and constantly improve its reliability. Your efforts at ICD Tech will help our Traders and Clients invest more reliably, effectively, and securely.?

You will need to embrace learning and continuous improvement, have a strong technical skill set, and favor simple solutions over complex ones. You should have effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Handle level 1 and level 2 help desk support.?
  • Manage and monitor various hardware and virtual server systems.?
  • Configure and install network equipment, servers, laptops, printers, etc.
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of employees.
  • Inventory Control.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.??

Required Experience
  • 3+ year experience in a help desk role
  • Linux (RHEL & Ubuntu)
  • Windows Server (2019-2022)
  • Active Directory and Azure AD
  • VMware
  • Networking - HP, Fortinet, and OpenGear
