Job Description

  • Designs and builds relational databases
  • Develops strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and implementation
  • Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data
  • Designs, develops, and manipulates database management systems, data warehouses, and multidimensional databases
  • Requires depth and breadth of database knowledge for formal relational database design and strategic data manipulation
  • Responsible for aligning enterprise data standards with strategic goals
  • Maintains a centralized registry of metadata
  • Working knowledge of EIR Accessibility standards and assistive technologies
  • Ensures all UI for database administration and data handling are compliant with accessibility standards

The Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing the data infrastructure and analytics initiatives for the HHSC CDA team. This position is for a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in data design and advanced analytics.
