ECS is seeking a Senior Engagement Coordinator to work in our Arlington, VA office.
ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) Liaison Office (LNO). The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community, and we are looking to grow our team supporting this critical mission.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Coordinator, as a key member of our team, to support the acceleration of information sharing across priority intelligence communities and across CSD. A successful candidate is an empathetic communicator and relationship builder who takes a service-oriented approach to supporting the program team and an adaptable problem solver with the ability to deal with multi-dimensional challenges.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Engagement Coordinator will:
- Provide tailored recommendations as a trusted advisor for our customers to address evolving programs and processes.
- Facilitate collaborative working sessions with external stakeholders to ensure that product recommendations align with their existing operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource limitations.
- Coordinate targeted engagement to deliver JCDC products to priority communities.
- Interpret cybersecurity topics to effectively tailor oral and written communications for various and specific stakeholders (Executives, SOC, etc.).
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data indicators to report on key metrics.
- Support a team in the translation of strategic products into clear, practical formats tailored to the specific needs and operational constraints of stakeholder groups.
Required Skills
- On-site 3-5+ days per week in Arlington, VA.
- ship with an ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD)
- Active TS security clearance and SCI eligible.
- Ability to maintain broader situational awareness beyond the immediate team
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field, specifically in translating high-level strategy into tangible, actionable products.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, with a record of successfully collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or cross sector working groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Skills
- Experience consulting or advisory role, providing guidance and recommendations to external organizations.
- Knowledge of different communication channels and outreach strategies, including social media, webinars, and partner portals.
- Familiarity with the operations and mission of CISA, JCDC, or other federal cybersecurity organizations, incidents, events, and vulnerabilities for situational awareness.
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure sectors, public-private partnerships, and cyber defense missions.
