What We re Looking For:
Drive insights from campaign performance, customer engagement, and attribution models.
Optimize marketing ROI, CPA, and funnel performance.
Collaborate on A/B testing, segmentation, and marketing mix modeling.
Data Analytics Subscription & Retention Analytics
Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis - Strong understanding of user journey mapping, conversion funnels, and drop-off analysis.
Ability to identify friction points and recommend optimizations to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Strong storytelling skills to present complex findings in a business-friendly manner.
Analyze subscription trends, churn, and customer lifetime value.
Evaluate product feature usage and engagement patterns.
Partner with product and business teams to drive retention and growth.
What You ll Bring:
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in marketing or subscription-based analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau, Databricks. Experience in loading data from data lake into reporting layer
Tableau dashboard performance tuning
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics.
Business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into strategic decisions.
