Description
TEKsystems client is looking for a 6 MONTH CONTRACT IN A PART TIME IT Technician/Deskside Support individual who will support the Brampton and Toronto location. This opportunity is going to start off as a 3 day a week work schedule but may move to a 5 days onsite role between 2 sites mentioned. This will include 3 days onsite in Brampton and 2 onsite Toronto and vice versa.
Skills required:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft-based systems, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, mobile device management MDM, Teams, Windows 11 Imaging, INTUNE, (autpilot is a bonus), White gloves/C-level expereince required TCIP networking,remote desktop/VPN/wifi connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a Windows environment.
  • Manage Active directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies via AD AZ
  • Support and administer Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with VPN and remote access setup.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance across all Microsoft platforms.
  • Assist with patch management, software updates, and endpoint protection.
  • Document technical procedures and provide user training on Microsoft tools and services
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to support infrastructure projects and system upgrades

Un client de TEKsystems recherche un technicien informatique/support technique temps partiel pour un contrat de six mois. Ce poste sera bas Brampton et Toronto. Le poste dbutera par un horaire de trois jours par semaine, mais pourra voluer vers un poste de cinq jours sur place entre les deux sites mentionns. Ce poste comprendra trois jours sur place Brampton et deux jours sur place Toronto, et vice versa.
Comptences requises :
Assurer le support technique des systmes Microsoft, notamment Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, la gestion des appareils mobiles (MDM), Teams, Windows 11 Imaging et INTUNE (Autpilot est un plus). Exprience requise : rseaux TCP/IP, connectivit bureau distance, VPN et Wi-Fi.
Installer, configurer et maintenir des ordinateurs de bureau, des ordinateurs portables et des appareils mobiles dans un environnement Windows.
Grer les comptes utilisateurs, les autorisations et les stratgies de groupe Active Directory via AD AZ.
Assurer le support et l'administration de Microsoft Exchange Online et SharePoint Online.
Rsoudre les problmes de connectivit rseau et participer la configuration du VPN et de l'accs distance.
Surveiller les performances du systme et garantir la conformit de la scurit sur toutes les plateformes Microsoft.
Participer la gestion des correctifs, aux mises jour logicielles et la protection des terminaux.
Documenter les procdures techniques et former les utilisateurs aux outils et services Microsoft.
Collaborer avec les autres quipes informatiques pour soutenir les projets d'infrastructure et les mises niveau systme.
