* Strong understanding of nuclear electrical and I&C systems, including power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and protection systems
* Knowledge of NEI Standard Design Process and nuclear design change control
* Experience with modern digital platforms (e.g., DCS, PLC systems, digital controllers) strongly preferred
* Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with digital system upgrades and modern nuclear I&C platforms
* Background in electrical power systems, switchgear, motor control centers, and plant electrical distribution
* Familiarity with plant automation systems, SCADA, HMI design, and digital control technologies
* Knowledge of nuclear cybersecurity requirements for digital assets and control systems
* Experience with regulatory submissions for electrical/I&C modifications (license amendments, 50.59 evaluations)
* Project management certification or equivalent project leadership experience in nuclear environment
