Job Title: Product Manager - Industrial Materials
Department: Product Development
Location: Onsite, 5-days per week in Irvine (candidates local to Irvine preferred)
Employment Status: Full-Time
Salary+Benefits: 100k-120k Base + up to 25% Bonus (paid out annually), 401K match 50 cents to the dollar up to 15 percent, 3 weeks of pto, 12-holidays paid, 75% medical/dental coverage, opportunities for growth.
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager in the field of industrial materials. This role is centered on pioneering product innovation and ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations. The candidate will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to drive product strategy and development for highly advanced industrial systems used across a wide spectrum of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic product plans based on market research and customer feedback.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to market launch.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product features and ensure successful market introduction.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Regularly liaise with customers and partners to gather feedback and identify market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with an industrial background.
- 3+ years of experience in product management within the industrial manufacturing/machinery sector ideally w/ finished products &/or a relevant manufacturing vertical such as Oil & Gas, Chemical Engineering, etc.
- Proficient in project management, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- The role is office-based with occasional requirements for field activities.
