A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a QA Analyst. This role is ONSITE in Torrance, CA with an initial contract of 12+ months, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
Verify application performs as expected.
What will this person be working on
Web and mobile applications
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
Person will be self directed, excellent speaking abilities, familiar with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
Able to develop with software engineers and business analysts the test plans and test cases.
Experience working with enterprise class software systems and infrastructure.
Working experience in a fully software intergrated environment.
Must have extensive experience with writing advanced SQL queries and procedures.
Must be able to prepare business presentations and lead UAT testing and approvals.
Must be able to write testing instructions and communicate the instructions to QA staff for system, integration, and UAT testing.
Must provide analytics and reports detailing the progress of testing for applications.
Must be able to follow Agile methodology
Must have flexibility to occasionally work over time.
