Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered)
Start: January 2nd, 2026
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end EC to SAP HCM replication design using BIB (Bulk Integration) and HRIS Sync frameworks.

Define mapping logic, business rules, and MDF configurations required for data synchronization.

Coordinate with SAP HCM/Payroll teams to validate downstream impacts and ensure accurate replication.

Troubleshoot replication errors, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to resolve sync issues.

Manage data migration cycles, testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and cutover planning.

Ensure alignment with data governance, security standards, and organizational policies.

Provide guidance to functional teams and business stakeholders on replication strategy and best practices.
Required Skills:

Deep hands-on experience with EC SAP replication (BIB, HRIS Sync, InfoType mapping).

Strong understanding of EC data models, EC foundation objects, and SAP HCM structures.

Experience with complex integrations involving payroll or time systems.
