Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Hoover, AL (Primarily On-Site)
Position Overview:
The System Administrator will manage and support the IT systems, provide technical assistance to 50 + users, and play a key role in establishing IT processes and documentation. This role will also include executive support and opportunities to shape the company’s IT foundation for future growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Administer and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure.
Support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
Develop and implement IT processes, procedures, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.
Assist with executive-level technology needs and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with leadership and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
Identify opportunities for technology improvements and contribute to IT strategy.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of IT experience, with strong background in system administration and helpdesk support.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server).
Experience supporting IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a small IT team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support users across all levels of the organization.
Financial services or banking experience a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Direct-hire, full-time position.
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience).
