Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 25 years of experience to support the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dbt, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS), along with strong SQL and Python skills. Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required. This role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, integrating healthcare revenue cycle data, and enabling downstream analytics and operational systems. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Python, and SQL to ingest and transform healthcare data. Work within AWS and Snowflake environments to manage data storage, processing, and access. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to deliver clean, well-modeled data for AI/ML, reporting, and BI use cases. Integrate healthcare revenue cycle data (e.g., 835/837 files, claims, denials) into centralized data platforms. Implement data validation, lineage tracking, and governance practices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Deliver curated datasets from Snowflake to support downstream systems such as Artiva and reporting tools. Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 25 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake. Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong proficiency in SQL. Moderate proficiency in Python for scripting and data processing. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare data formats such as 835/837 files. Familiarity with data governance and metadata management. Exposure to operational systems such as Artiva. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
