We're Hiring: RMV Program Manager (Hybrid Quincy, MA | 12-Month Contract)
About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Applications, you ll lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, training, and support groups to ensure operational excellence. You ll be the primary point of contact for RMV strategic and operational IT initiatives, providing both leadership and subject matter expertise.
What We re Looking For:
- Strong program/project management experience, preferably in the public sector or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with state IT procurement processes and budget planning is a plus.
