Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Corridor Aviation Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a critical role in the effective utilization and optimization of our Corridor maintenance management system. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for all technical and functional aspects of the software, providing expertise, support, and guidance to ensure seamless and efficient maintenance operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of Corridor and aviation maintenance processes to drive system improvements, train users, and contribute to the overall success of our maintenance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all modules and functionalities of Corridor Aviation Software.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for user inquiries and system issues related to Corridor.
• Understand and analyze business requirements related to maintenance operations and translate them into effective Corridor system configurations and workflows.
• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Corridor modules to meet specific organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for Corridor end-users across various departments.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, user guides, and best practice guidelines for Corridor.
• Collaborate with the IT department and the software vendor (Continuum Applied Technology/CAMP Systems) on system upgrades, patches, integrations, and technical issues.
• Play a key role in data migration projects from legacy systems to Corridor, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and generate custom reports and dashboards within Corridor to provide valuable insights into maintenance performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing maintenance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement through the effective use of Corridor functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Corridor software updates, features, and industry best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Corridor modules or related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Corridor within the broader organizational ecosystem.
• Potentially participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and demonstrations of Corridor capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert or key user of Corridor Aviation Software in an aviation maintenance environment (e.g., airline, MRO, FBO).
• In-depth knowledge of various Corridor modules, including but not limited to Work Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of aviation maintenance processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA), and industry best practices.
• Experience with software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with report writing tools within Corridor or related business intelligence platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Corridor with other aviation or enterprise systems (e.g., CAMP Systems, accounting software).
• Knowledge of barcoding and mobile solutions within Corridor.
• Project management experience.
