Position Overview
Lead transformational CRM initiatives for pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare organizations. Drive end-to-end omnichannel platform implementations while partnering with commercial leadership to optimize sales strategies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
  • Partner with pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare companies to enable comprehensive CRM platform transformations
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop data-driven sales strategies, enhance productivity metrics, and drive tool adoption across sales organizations
  • Lead global CRM transformation programs and initiatives for pharmaceutical partners
  • Drive business development activities, including SOW preparation, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations
Platform Implementation & Integration
  • Design and implement end-to-end omnichannel CRM platforms with seamless integration across the commercial ecosystem
  • Architect system integrations connecting CRM platforms with complementary commercial applications
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including HIPAA, GxP, and other industry standards
  • Manage complex data integrations involving third-party pharmaceutical datasets
Operational Excellence & Analytics
  • Support operational teams in executing sales campaigns, speaker programs, national sales meetings, and comprehensive reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to implement advanced segmentation, call planning optimization, roster management, territory design, and field reporting capabilities
  • Oversee data management strategies with a focus on master data governance and stewardship practices
  • Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks using SQL, Tableau, and other analytics platforms
Team Development & Mentorship
  • Mentor and guide the career development of team members and colleagues
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across CRM implementation teams
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in consulting or industry roles within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce CRM solution design, implementation, and optimization
Technical Expertise
  • Data Management: Minimum 8 years of comprehensive data management experience
  • Master Data Management: Minimum 8 years in master data management and data stewardship practices
  • Analytics & Reporting: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools
  • Development Skills: Strong programming capabilities in Apex, Salesforce Flow, JavaScript, and HTML
  • System Integration: Proven experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise commercial applications
  • Third-Party Data: Experience with pharmaceutical data loading, validation, and reporting processes
Professional Certifications & Skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Patient CRM Platforms: Implementation and Optimization Experience
  • Advanced Analytics: Machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights
