Position: RPA Developer

Location: Hybrid | Austin, TX (Onsite Monday & Tuesday)

Description:

Required

8+ years of hands-on RPA development, including 4+ years building solutions with Blue Prism.

Strong expertise in HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP protocols, and developing browser-based automations.

Advanced experience working with SQL and No-SQL databases for automation workflows.

Proven work with RESTful web services and deep understanding of API integrations and troubleshooting.

Skilled in C#, Java, or Python, with experience in designing solutions, process discovery, and automation architecture.

Experience working with Azure environments, including debugging and deploying automation solutions in cloud setups.

Practical experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform and exposure to Health & Human Services or OIG systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA automation using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
  • Build automation solutions using HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP protocol, and REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production bots, perform bug fixes, optimize processes, and enhance performance.
  • Work with SQL and No-SQL databases for data operations and automation integrations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into automation design.
  • Support infrastructure and integrations within Azure environments.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum/Kanban processes and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and automation standards.
