Job Details

Job Title - Sr. Software Engineer

Job Location - Hybrid- Richardson, TX

Job Duration - 12+ Months Contract

Hybrid - M/F home, T/W/Th in-office

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Sitecore XP platform, including Sitecore SXA, Helix architecture, and Scriban templating.

Strong understanding of Sitecore platform architecture and databases.

Experience integrating with Coveo, Marketing Automation platforms, CDPs, CDNs, and enterprise data lakes.

Proficient in API-first development using REST and GraphQL, including SSO integration.

Experience with blue/green deployment pipelines on Azure PaaS environments.

Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances

Candidate will be working independently and part of a team

Resource's typical working day:

Daily scrums

Doing assigned work

Attending various meetings

Participate in Sprint Sessions

Licenses/Certifications:

Sitecore certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to have skills:

Proactive communicator with strong problem-solving and task prioritization abilities.

Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in technical solutioning.

Comfortable asking clarifying questions and driving discussions to resolution

Years of Experience: 4-5 years

Education: Bachelor's degree

2nd round with hiring manager - In person

3rd round if needed - culture interview - In person
