Data Analytics Specialist (Contingent Assignment)

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist for a contingent resource assignment supporting large-scale analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically skilled professional with a strong background in CRM systems and sales/client performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, high-impact analytics initiatives involving broad-scale planning and strategy.
• Analyze multifaceted, long-term analytics challenges requiring evaluation of diverse and sometimes unprecedented factors.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including databases, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.
• Create customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level summaries to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Proven ability to navigate complex data environments and integrate diverse data sources.
• Proficiency in:
  • SQL, Python, SAS
  • Power BI
  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
