A globally leading technology company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hardware Engineering Lab Coordinator to support the daily operations of its hardware development labs. Working closely with lab users and the Lab Operations team, this role will help maintain safe, clean, organized, and efficient lab spaces. The Coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating resources, logistics, and administrative tasks essential to supporting prototyping, characterization, and metrology activities. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of hardware engineering lab spaces.
Coordinate lab scheduling and manage access requests for users, visitors, and vendors.
Escort approved vendors and visitors within lab areas as needed.
Support inventory management processes, including tracking lab supplies, tools, and consumable parts.
Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing new deliveries.
Help coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and logistics for lab equipment.
Assist in maintaining and updating lab documentation, such as equipment lists and resource repositories.
Support the communication and reinforcement of lab policies and guidelines to users.
Perform other day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the labs.
Qualifications:
0-1+ years of experience in an administrative, operational support, or lab assistant role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency with computer systems (Mac/PC).
Familiarity with safety protocols in a lab or industrial setting is a plus.
Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or inventory is desirable.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, business administration, or equivalent vocational training is a plus.

Pay range: $22 - $30
