Job Title: SAP Analyst Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 6 Months (Contract)
Location: On-site 3 days per week

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Analyst Manufacturing & Supply Chain to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that enhance production, supply chain, and quality operations. This role requires deep SAP expertise, the ability to collaborate across multiple functions, and strong problem-solving skills.

The analyst will play a critical role in leading workshops, supporting projects, resolving complex issues, and ensuring solutions align with business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and design process improvements; implement solutions leveraging SAP ERP, SAP MII, MES, and related technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support for operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, user guidance, and enhancements.
  • Manage and contribute to projects involving process analysis, system design, SAP configuration, and documentation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business scenarios, testing procedures, documentation, and training materials.
  • Support standardization of business processes and super-user networks across the enterprise.
  • Ensure compliance with IT methodologies, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by documenting solutions, transferring knowledge, and supporting IT/business teams.
  • Act as liaison between business clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Adhere to company safety, quality management (QMS), and environmental management (EMS) standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and BM (Batch Management).
  • Familiarity with SAP module integration points (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, BW) and non-SAP applications such as MES, Concur, and Ariba.
  • Proven experience analyzing business processes and recommending SAP-based solutions.
  • Hands-on background in workshops, presentations, and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex SAP issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT applications experience, including 3+ years with SAP ECC.
  • Experience leading or participating in at least one full SAP implementation cycle preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
