Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level software and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with deep project leadership skills, and must hold an active PMP certification. This is a 100% remote role that requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development, cloud migration, system integration, or infrastructure modernization projects.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable project plans.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming are effective and focused.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple cross-functional teams.
Track and report on KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring visibility and proactive resolution.
Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, change requests, and deployment plans.
Ensure all projects follow best practices in security, compliance, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of technical project management experience delivering large-scale IT or software projects.
PMP Certification is mandatory.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a technical mindset.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
