Job Description

The Business Process Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Document business processes - process mapping, business rules, training materials, and other documentation as needed; maintain as required
  • Lead Teams through process meetings, document as-is and would-be processes
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to evaluate business needs, do requirements gathering and develop and enforce procedures and policies.
  • Develop functional specifications translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Project Management - action plan, communication plan, meeting planning, followup, and other responsibilities as needed
  • Be willing to work for an organization that is not just a 9-5 company, whatever it takes to get the work done!

The Successful Applicant

The Business Process Analyst candidate will have the following experience:
  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience in a process focused environment
  • Six Sigma experience
  • Documentation, requirements gathering, project management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Certifications are a plus (PMP or CAPM preferred)
  • Visio experience is a plus
  • Any experience in home building or construction is a plus but industry specific experience is NOT essential. Training will be provided and the leader of this division did not come from a construction / home building background!
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
