We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional with a strong background in healthcare systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Claimwrite experience and a proven ability to manage small to mid-sized projects independently. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data workflows, excellent communication skills, and a focus on supporting secure, accurate data delivery and reporting within a healthcare environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional with a strong background in healthcare systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Claimwrite experience and a proven ability to manage small to mid-sized projects independently. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data workflows, excellent communication skills, and a focus on supporting secure, accurate data delivery and reporting within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between development, security, and business teams to resolve or mitigate security findings, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Review development resolutions and validate accuracy on behalf of the Security and Development teams.
- Support dashboard and reporting initiatives by defining data requirements specific to healthcare metrics (e.g., claims processing, authorization timelines, provider performance).
- Collaborate across teams to identify and eliminate project blockers and reduce risks.
- Provide value-added analysis and insights to enhance reporting effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency within healthcare data environments.
- Coordinate across release schedules to ensure alignment of system updates, data flows, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred; or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Claimwrite experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized healthcare IT or data projects independently.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and healthcare claims processing systems.
- Proficient in SQL and Hive SQL for healthcare data extraction and transformation.
- Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous with attention to healthcare data accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working across technical and non-technical teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus, especially in healthcare or health IT environments.
