Job Details

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a leadership role, that involve ownership of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), as well as hands-on experience in requirements management and project management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A willingness to work in the HST time zone is required.
  • It would be great if the candidate is willing to join us immediately either from NC or Hawaii though it is not mandatory.

    Position Summary Requirements Gathering: Lead the gathering of business, functional, technical, and user requirements by engaging with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication of requirements and expectations. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to clarify and prioritize requirements. Requirements Traceability: Establish and maintain traceability matrices (RTM) to track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that all requirements are met and that any changes are properly managed and communicated. Testing Support: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that test cases and test plans are aligned with the defined requirements and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Continuous Improvement: Review and refine the requirements management process to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Required Skills and Abilities
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, IBM Rational, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

    Education

    Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. At least 5 years of experience in requirements management, business analysis, and/or project management, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Experience creating and managing RTM is a must.
