Job Title: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant
Location: Baltimore area, MD (Hybrid Model 3 days to office)
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Compensation Plans, Rate Tables, Performance Measures & Quotas
Manage Crediting Rules & ensure accurate transaction-to-participant assignment
Oversee Calculation Cycles (crediting calculation payment disbursement)
Handle Adjustments, Disputes & annual plan setup
Ensure compliance with audit-ready reports & coordinate with Payroll/Finance
Manage FBDI/ADFDI data loads
Support integrations with ERP, HCM Payroll, CRM & middleware (OIC/ODI)
Troubleshoot job errors, calculation failures & transaction load issues
Develop OTBI/BI Publisher reports for payout & reconciliation
Perform system monitoring, patch testing & regression validation
Maintain SOPs, AMS runbooks & manage Oracle SRs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (setup + integrations)
Hands-on with FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC/ODI
Knowledge of ERP Financials, HCM Payroll & CRM Sales Cloud
Strong SQL/PLSQL & debugging skills
Familiarity with SOX, audit & compliance processes
Excellent communication to collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops & IT
