RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team remotely.

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role would be to support the required TouchCX integration efforts, particularly by delivering features and functionality to close gaps in the existing system. Adding a Business Analyst with valuable knowledge, skills, and perspectives to the development process will enable us to evaluate and validate the TouchCX solution fully. Their contributions will also facilitate the work necessary to implement new customers and move existing customers to the latest version of the solution. Their expertise in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, business process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement will help enhance the team's efficiency, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
* Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems
* Translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements
* Support the required TouchCX integration efforts, particularly by delivering features and functionality to close gaps in the existing system
* Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
* Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results
* Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
* Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
* Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
(e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
* Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
* Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
* Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
* Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
* Experience with Banking Software, testing, etc.
* Familiarity with automated testing tools a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
