Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ensure team members are following Scrum framework
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Assist Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing product backlog
- Track and report team progress using Agile metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.
- Identify and remove impediments that are hindering team productivity.
