RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled Remote Oracle EPM Cloud/ARCS Specialist to join our clients finance IT team. This role focuses on implementing and managing the Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) within Oracle EPM, specifically targeting bank matching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS for bank reconciliation
* Automate transaction matching to enhance accuracy and efficiency
* As an Oracle EPM Cloud/ARCS Specialist, you will collaborate with finance teams to streamline reconciliation processes
* Develop and apply mapping and transaction matching rules
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and support after implementation
* Coordinate with IT and business teams for seamless integration
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS, particularly in bank matching
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reconciliation methodologies
* Proficient in data mapping techniques and workflow configurations
* Excellent communication skills for collaboration with finance and IT teams
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, adhering to Central Time hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience with both account reconciliation and bank matching implementations
* Familiarity with the transition from on-premise to cloud solutions
* Background in accounting or financial systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
