Job Description:

  • As one of client's early business development hires, you ll be at the forefront of driving commercial growth identifying, engaging, and onboarding organizations to their mobility platform. You ll collaborate closely with prospects and partners to understand their operational goals and craft intelligent transportation solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • You ll join a mission-driven team at the forefront of autonomous mobility commercialization working with world-class engineers, strategists, and operators to accelerate the future of safe, scalable, and intelligent transportation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise and fleet partners across logistics, ride-hailing, and mobility sectors.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand platform adoption.
  • Conduct product demos and guide customers through customized solution designs.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and translate complex technology capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and strategy teams to align commercial efforts with platform growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build brand awareness in the autonomous technology ecosystem.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within autonomous vehicles, EV, mobility, or fleet technology domains.
  • Proven track record in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical curiosity able to communicate the value of complex platforms with clarity and confidence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats to move the business forward.
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills.
