Title : Remote QA Analyst / Tester (EDI Focused)

About Job
- Develop and execute test cases for 270/271 eligibility workflows using both positive and negative scenarios.
- Validate that real-time eligibility responses are accurate, timely, and aligned with business expectations.
- Utilize EDI validation tools to inspect raw 271 responses for structural and content accuracy.
- Coordinate UAT with end users (e.g., CHC) to validate point-of-care eligibility workflows.
- Log, track, and retest defects in JIRA or other ALM tools.
- Assist in load and performance testing of the real-time API to ensure reliability under concurrent use.
- Document test plans, traceability matrices, and test outcome reports for audit readiness.
