Your Team

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst working in a Global Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery professionals to act as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets to solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products, services and experiences to delight our customers! In addition to applied analytical and technical experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day

• Support the Director Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner setting ambitious and clear product vision, and communicating 'the story' effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team Beginning to identify opportunities to provide input to the team & coach others with occasional guidance
• Works on solving extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables
• Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, tech leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about business impact
• Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables and may impact future concepts, products or technologies
• Works on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of often complex variables related to technology and/or data. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Own the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters production
• Ensure alignment of product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with product vision
• Understands the vision and owns aspects of the product management/roadmap activities

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Security / Cybersecurity.

3-5 top skills:

• Identity & Access Management Experience (e.g., former experience with OKTA, PING, not necessarily ForgeRock).
  ForgeRock experience is IDEAL, but it's a new platform, so dedicated FR people are rare; however if they are interested in that space
• Cybersecurity / Security not coding, but an good understanding on CIAM topics: Federation, SAML
• Strong Project Management skills; follow-up; attention of tiny details that can make or break the build
• Strong Documentation & Confluence
• Hands-On, Delivery Focused; Can-Do Attitude. Focused. Upbeat. Willingness to press through multiple challenges for one deliverable.
• IAM is 1 ^st preference
• BSA (e.g., Project Management; Stakeholder Management; Splunk, if possible) must have strong follow up and be a people person; vocal and
  able to reach out and move the needle; we are in a "busy space, so must be able to handle multiple client inquires, respond timely, update Jira easily.
• Jira / Scrum
• Attention to detail
• Ability to identify and gather stakeholders and drive to solution or at least a tangible update.
• Ability to understand and drive timelines
• Ability to collaborate with Scrum Master and PO understanding of roadmaps; manual creation and pitching in Jira Align if needed
