Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a hybrid team supporting enterprise-level process improvement and technology initiatives. These professionals will play a crucial role in aligning business needs with technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, goals, and workflows
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development and QA teams
Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure shared understanding and project alignment
Develop comprehensive artifacts including user stories, process diagrams, data models, and wireframes
Create test plans, write test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
Support and monitor activities related to large-scale data migrations and system integrations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related field
Proficient in business analysis and modeling tools such as Visio or Draw.io
Strong understanding of API-driven systems, system integration, and data flow mapping
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience supporting complex data migration projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirement management, tracking progress, and facilitating QA/test efforts
