RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce direct client is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Support Analyst with module expertise in both Core HR and Compensation. This is a 100% remote contract to hire role and candidates must be located in EST time zone to be considered.

Summary:
This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud subject matter experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Core HR & Compensation modules within the Oracle Cloud. During the implementation, the Oracle Cloud Functional Support will be responsible for supporting data conversion/validation, various interface and sync strategies, and providing best practice recommendations related to configuration and design. Post go-live, this position will provide production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities, test quarterly releases, and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role will also provide internal customers such as Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support.

Responsibilities will include:
* Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
* Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
* Perform quarterly release testing
* Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications
* Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a must with multiple implementations
* Knowledge of Service Now software
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.)
* Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycle of Oracle Cloud Core HR
* Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
* Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades
* Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management
* Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
* Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
