Program Analyst: We are seeking a Program Analyst to support the IRS-CI Technical Operations Center (TOC), a mission-critical component of our IRS project. This role focuses on portfolio planning, performance tracking, and programmatic oversight for TOC operations and modernization efforts supporting 3,700+ users, including 2,600 Special Agents across the globe. As a member of the TOC planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating status reporting, risk analysis, enterprise alignment activities, and governance support across infrastructure modernization and endpoint services.

Technical Analyst: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Analyst to support advanced field-enablement initiatives for our IRS customer. This role is focused on supporting both technical evaluation and deployment of field technology kits, biometric devices, and portable computing solutions for IRS Special Agents and investigative teams. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to run smooth, low-error engagements in both lab and field settings.

Systems Analyst/Information Security Specialist: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide high-impact technical advisory for our IRS customer. This role supports the development and governance of IT systems security strategy, architecture support, and technical review of security initiatives across emerging cyber modernization pilots. The SME will act as an advisor during critical execution cycles, governance reviews, and pilot launches providing domain guidance in security systems analysis, enterprise risk posture, and governance board advisory.

Technical Specialist/Help Desk Support: We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Technical Support Specialist to support our IRS customer. This role will focus on providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and issue remediation, with a particular emphasis on vulnerability remediations, endpoint stability, and secure systems continuity.
