Job Description: D365 Project Manager (OneSource & Tax)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced D365 Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, OneSource Tax integration, and Tax configuration projects.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of tax-related functionalities within D365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage D365 Finance & Operations projects with a focus on Tax, OneSource integration, and compliance processes.
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery following industry PM standards.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely integration between D365 and OneSource.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure system configurations meet regulatory, tax, and business requirements.
  • Oversee cutover, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as an IT or ERP Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Hands-on experience managing OneSource Tax projects or integrations.
  • Experience with global tax processes, indirect tax, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with large, global implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with tax engines, VAT, sales/use tax, and regulatory workflows.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain.
