Job Summary

The Product Manager of Creative and Content Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing content and creative operations. This role serves as the key bridge between creative teams, marketing strategy, and technology platforms, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality content delivery, and consistent alignment with brand objectives. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, oversee platform integrations, and champion innovative solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for creative and content marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with creative teams, marketing managers, and technology stakeholders to optimize content production workflows and creative processes for efficiency and scalability.

  • Lead the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Digital Asset Management systems, Content Management Systems, workflow automation tools).

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure high-quality, brand-compliant creative assets and marketing content are delivered on time, on budget, and meet business objectives.

  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize and manage creative and content requests, balancing stakeholder needs with operational capacity.

  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between creative teams, marketing leadership, and external vendors/agencies.

  • Drive innovation in content operations by adopting best practices, tools, and automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-market.

  • Manage resource allocation, budgets, and vendor relationships related to creative and content production.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing operations practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, content management, product management, or a similar role focused on creative and content workflows.

  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, creative production lifecycles, and content strategy.

  • Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as CMS (Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager), DAM (Bynder, Widen), or Workflow Automation tools (Workfront, Asana, Trello).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work collaboratively across creative, marketing, and technology teams.

  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable processes and technical solutions.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a problem-solving approach to process and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in agile project management or product development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs).

  • Background in creative design, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external creative agencies.
