Job Description
  • The position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve their business processes and help them become more efficient.
  • Examples of work in this position include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Business needs requirements gathering.
  • Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
  • Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
  • Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them

Required Skills/Experience

  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical processes into business practices

Preferred/Not Required

  • Experience with gathering business requirements
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • End user assistance with various software
    Beginner: 1-2 years Intermediate: 3-5 years Advanced: 5-7 years SME: 7+ years
