Description:
Perform post-payroll tasks such as monthly survey responses and document distribution for reporting purposes.
Collect and prepare data for payroll and tax compliance activities.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies in payroll audits.
Compile data for annual reporting obligations for benefits and finance partners.
Collaborate with HR Operations on employee and company data audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete monthly survey responses and distribute documents for vendor reporting.
Prepare reports for payroll and tax compliance vendors for year-end activities.
Identify data discrepancies and work with management to resolve issues.
Gather data for annual reports for benefits and finance partners.
Assist HR Operations with employee and company data audits.
Qualifications:
Experience with spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and lookups.
Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy of employee records.
