Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between our marketing, web marketing, and technical teams. This role will focus on optimizing our (SFDC) environment and integrating third-party tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting projects related to mergers and acquisitions and is a self-starter capable of managing complex tasks from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Strategic Partnership: Partner with marketing and web marketing stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • SFDC & Integrations Management:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on SFDC and lead the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and post-launch support.
    • Manage and support the integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between SFDC and various third-party marketing tools.
    • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with both internal and external technical teams.
  • M&A Project Leadership: Play a critical role in system consolidation and data migration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Tool Management & Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology tools to drive efficiency and enhance marketing performance.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting best practices for long-term scalability.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable, data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in marketing and technology environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in (SFDC) administration and integrations.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and a strong understanding of data hygiene principles.
    • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
    • Knowledge of various marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Certifications:
    • A Salesforce Administrator Certification is strongly preferred.
