Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud ERP P2P Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation and testing phases of our Oracle Cloud ERP program. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules and strong accounting background with proven hands-on expertise in SLA customizations, functional configurations, testing, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in discovery and working sessions with business users for P2P processes (PO, Sourcing, AP, Payments, Cash Management).

  • Perform functional setups and configurations as needed across Oracle Cloud P2P modules.

  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting users, and validating business scenarios.

  • Lead Production Cutover Planning, mock runs, and go-live support activities.

  • Assist users with P2P test data creation, execute test scenarios, and ensure accurate results.

  • Lead and mentor Oracle Cloud developers in the design and development of custom RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

  • Collaborate with technical teams to support development of custom integrations using OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Drive custom Subledger Accounting (SLA) configurations and provide accounting expertise to ensure accurate and auditable financial transactions.

  • Manage and validate data conversions from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

  • Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Sourcing, Payments, and Cash Management.

  • Proven experience with SLA customizations and accounting entries across P2P processes.

  • Deep understanding of FBDI templates, BIP report development, OTBI dashboards, and custom integration design.

  • Hands-on experience assisting users during SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.

  • Ability to mentor technical developers and lead development efforts around functional requirements.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Experience working with Oracle OIC and other third-party system integrations is a plus.
