Your Role:

A Process Engineering is responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes within an organization. The successful candidate will be part of a team of process engineers, ensuring collaboration across various departments, such as R&D, production, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include managing projects, assisting team members when needed, troubleshooting process issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and utilizing data analytics for performance monitoring and improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes within an organization.
  • Design and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Oversee projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Identify and resolve process-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Mentor and train team members, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and implement improvements.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Blue, Green or Black belt.
  • Experience in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
  • Experience with troubleshooting complex engineering problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
