About the Role

Trianz is looking for a Business Analyst to support our applications in the FinTech ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our applications in the FinTech ecosystem. This role will require skills in business analysis, systems analysis, documentation of business/functional requirements, customer relationships, solution recommendation, and decision making.

Job Responsibilities

Interact with business, conduct analysis, and document business processes and requirements.

Serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams.

Ability to work with our technical partners to achieve an efficient and effective solution.

Verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements.

Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the technology teams.

Solicit business requirements using walk-through, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

Write clear and concise requirements ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, traceable, and verifiable.

Support business and technology teams to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner.

Assist in the troubleshooting of problems and issues; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions when it applies.

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

Work closely with Agile and Waterfall teams across all phases of a project.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in streamline operation of Mortgage Banking Domain,
  • Exposure to Financial Services Mortgage banking with Loan Origination, Loan Processing, Under writing Process and CLOSURE activities

Please ensure profiles should have focused only on BA then managed projects. People should have spent more than 60- 70 % of their projects in BFSI industry.

BA/PM with good experience in project and client management and exposure to Real Estate domain (or at least capital markets

Masters or Engineering degree

Required Experience

12+ years experience as a Business Analyst

Experience in Financial Services domain (Real Estate, Asset Management preferred)

Hands on experience as a Business Analyst

Hands on experience in requirements management

Hands on experience in test execution and UAT coordination

Hands on experience in data analysis

Sound in using tools like JIRA, SQL, MS Project etc

Excellent communication and client management skills

Worked in multi region staffing project.
