As the Manager, Implementation Engineering you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, sales, client success, and client delivery teams to ensure technical excellence, continuously identifying opportunities to help meet and exceed scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals for our customers. As the leader of this Implementation Engineering team, you will be the technical enablement leader working with internal teams to build capacity and capability in support and enablement of care.ai's platform for enterprise healthcare customers. The Stryker solution that you will support is a leading provider of innovative artificial intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry. This product creates AI-driven systems that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and streamline processes for our clients.

What you will do

  • Plan, install, configure, test, and validate care.ai solutions; this includes supporting implementation activities to collaborate on design of workflows, configuring the care.ai platform, installing system software, and performing end-to-end system testing
  • Serve as technical SME to lead customer integrations. Provide ongoing deployment and support activities to the customer from pre-sales through implementation
  • Troubleshoot customer environments, and optimize the performance of the care.ai system in varied network environments
  • Establish and maintain deep technical expertise of care.ai's platform, sensors and use-cases
  • Serve as a technical expert for customers during and post-deployment, addressing configuration updates, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs
  • Transfer knowledge to our customer's technical staff to enable them to successfully maintain care.ai solutions
  • Observe security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure and protect the security of medical or sensitive records to preserve their confidentiality

What you need

Required:
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical services or support role including physical & cloud hosted network environments
  • 2+ years experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Demonstrated experience of security principles, regarding the protection of sensitive data, medical records, and compliance standards such as HIPAA
  • Solid understanding of wired and wireless networking equipment and fundamentals including TCP/IP networking concepts, routers, and network load balancers
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration, technical architecture design, deployment, and end-to-end testing.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience supporting and troubleshooting real-time audio/video streaming solutions
  • Industry certifications related to cloud platforms, system integration, security, or similar relevant fields.

Travel Percentage: 50%
