Job Overview:
The Quantitative UX Researcher will specialize in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a Master's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in survey design, and proficiency in coding with R.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package.
  • Experience in survey design and item development.
  • Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests.
  • Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research.
  • Proficiency with Google suites.
  • Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous.
  • Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences).

Pay Range: $83 - $88/hour on W2
