Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SD/MM modules across multiple global rollouts. This role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to support business operations in sales, distribution, billing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support SAP OTC implementations, including configuration of SD and MM modules.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and develop system solutions.
  • Manage billing, EDI/IDOC, inventory, data governance, and end-of-month processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure high-quality system integration.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, upgrades, and change management activities.
  • Support interfaces between SAP and external applications and ensure process efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree with 10+ years in SAP SD/MM configuration.
  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and OTC process design.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP BI for sales and customer reporting and EDI interfaces.
  • Experience working with third-party system integrators and project methodologies.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or Utility industry, particularly with OGSD (TeleSales, Data Collation, Forecasting).
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas downstream marketing & logistics and IDOC management.
