On Site Position - Seeking a Computer Hardware Refresh/EOL technician to configure and deploy laptop and desktop computers to end users.

Configure And Deploy Laptops and Desktops to End Users


Other Tasks as Necessary

Clearly Document All Actions Taken To Work And Close A Ticket.


Professional Communications With Both Team Members And End-Users


Transition All ITAM Approved Software From Current To New Machine.

Adhere To Established Ticket SLA


Adhere To Established Update Frequency


Desired Skills & Experience -


Experience With ServiceNow a plus


Previous desktop support experience is a plus
