Description
Join our team as a Business Analyst IT Loyalty, working remotely on a contract basis.
You'll collaborate with IT teams, focusing on project planning and execution, with a strong emphasis on requirements development and quality activities.
Proficiency in generic office software and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of projects from start to finish, ensuring clear project documentation.
Elicit and develop traceable requirements through various analysis techniques.
Evaluate information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and abstract high-level information.
Collaborate with IT teams to establish technical visions and analyze tradeoffs.
Communicate with customers to deliver functional and technical requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least four years of relevant work experience.
One year of experience supporting projects with business and IT components.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Technical and analytical abilities demonstrated through a live work sample.
Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance standards.
