Job Details

100% Remote - ONLY 28 states North Carolina, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming will be allowed to maintain their current residence and work remotely.

 

Important Notes from HM:
This role is very technical and development heavy. SME specifically in JavaScript. Backend coding to collect data.

Must Haves: Understands web analytics but experience with developing and implementing analytics though ADOBE tag manager.

Experience implementing and managing a consent management platform, specifically OneTrust.

Strong understanding of the Document Object Model .

Interview Process:
One and done for an hour: 30 mins - background/work history, 30-mins - tech/hands-on interview

 

Description:
Plan and develop engineering designs in support of the analytics implementations across our digital applications.
Modify analytics implementations to fit the needs of Data and Analytics and support advanced analytics.
Participate in software and hardware licensing and financial and capacity activities within the environment.
Support the design of internal projects, collaborating with IT stakeholders, service owners, and partners.
Provide operational readiness through the engineering, planning, coordination, and execution of performance and tuning analysis, systems support, incident and problem resolution, software installation, and upgrades.
Provide guidance and consultation in solving production incidents when required.
Maintain appropriate standardized guidelines, work procedures, and schedule for solution engineering to expedite workflow and improve efficiencies.
Collaborate with vendors on infrastructure & technology to ensure the final product is what was architected or designed and supports Data and Analytics needs.
Implement and manage a consent management platform like OneTrust, TrustArc, etc.

 

Hiring Requirements Highly Proficient in JavaScript (ES6)
Enterprise experience implementing a consent management platform
Enterprise experience working with Adobe AEP & Adobe Data Collection (Adobe Launch)
Must understand the Document Object Model
Must understand Object Oriented Concepts
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
